• Manage Properties & Listings: Add and manage multiple properties (Hotel, Apartment, Villa, Hostel, PG) with details, images, location, and pricing information
• Booking Management: Manage online and offline bookings, track check-ins and check-outs, and maintain guest information
• Calendar & Pricing: View property-wise calendars, track availability, and manage pricing per property
• Worker & Maintenance: Assign workers to service tasks, track work status, and create maintenance tickets
• Performance Analytics: Generate occupancy rate analysis, length of stay insights, and create weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
• OTA Platform Integration: Connect with platforms like Airbnb, OYO, MakeMyTrip, and others to sync bookings
• Account Management: Manage your profile, listings, workers, and guests from a unified dashboard

You agree to use StayBind only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

StayBind allows you to integrate with third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms such as Airbnb, OYO, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and others. When you connect your StayBind account with these platforms:

• You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of each OTA platform
• We facilitate the integration but are not responsible for the services provided by third-party platforms
• Any disputes with OTA platforms must be resolved directly with those platforms
• We may share necessary booking and property information with connected platforms to enable the integration

If StayBind offers paid subscription plans or services:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as selected
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
